I hugely appreciate all you have done to bring the estate to this point of closure, and I am grateful for the refund payment I received yesterday. Most importantly, my children and I are greatly touched by the sacrifice you have made in writing off the amounts that we as heirs would otherwise have had to pay into the estate. I know you couldn’t have done more. The fact that all this good news reached us on his birth date was a wonderful coincidence. It may sound strange but it enabled me to focus on the many achievements of his life and what he meant to us, rather than on the circumstances of the last few years. Now we can all be at peace with our memories.

Thank you very much, Jan and Danielle, for your help. When I listen to others and hear that they still have no outcome after five years, I realize how privileged I am to be working with you. You provide excellent service!
